What, video games cause brain damage?!? I mean, I’m not a gamer at all – but really? Not buying that at all.
We’re also OK with the “due to”, since the phrase “due to developmental damage” modifies a pair of nouns, “violent behavior and poor judgment.” Not that it matters: all five answer choices include “due to”, so it's basically irrelevant, anyway. Keep (A).

I will go with A.
1. "the violent behavior and poor judgment" is the list - plural. A and B - plural. So B and E are out.
2. In option D there is no verb at all, so we just do not have the correct sentence. Out.
3. In C "are damaged due to the development of the brain’s frontal lobe"has a strange meaning: the frontal lobe developed ---> behaviour, that has already been violent, and judjment, that has already been poor, became damaged. Really does not make sense.
4. A. "are due to developmental damage to the frontal lobe region of the brain". Makes perfect sense. The damage progressed --->we got violent behaviour and poor judgment.
