The percentages in a column may total more than 100% because a single request could be referred to more than one department.

We dont need to check the number of requests in all 3 cases as percentages are clearly comparable.
1. We can see that for all 4 offices, requests referred to account services were more than compliance. So, true.
2. Similarly, we can see that all 4 offices individually referred more requests to account services than even returns or logistics combined. So, true
3. East office referred 28% and 35% of requests to billing and technical support respectively. So, even if these fully overlap, atleast 30% were referred. So, true.
