Answer is 150 for Fossil Test and 100 for Dino
This comes as an LCM question. The Lowest Common multiple of 150 and 100 is 3000. Hence both have to spend this amount. For that Fossil will do 3000/20 = 150 tests and Dino will do 3000/30 = 100 tests.

So here let's suppose the Fossil Ease kits = F
While Dino diagnosis kits = D
So per the question ,the group wants to spend equal money on both ,so
20F=30D
F/D=3/2
So checking above options ,only valus that fit F & D are :
F =150,D=100
