It should be D.

The question does explain the meaning of prime saturated. It is the number for which the product of different prime numbers is less than the sqaure root of the number itself.

Thus, for 96, different prime numbers are 2 and 3 as 96 = 3*2^5 and product of 2 and 3 is less than square root of 96.

“Prime-saturated” doesnot mean any algebric or airthemetic meaning. It is not found in any math except in this gmat math question. Its a term given to define a particular variable in a particular question. You can say "prime multiple", "prime times" etc. You can give any name.
