A Question Concerning my Application--please advice  [#permalink]

I submitted my online application at January 15th. Nearly 15 days passed, however, my application status is still "Application received". I do noticed there is a "English proficiency requirement" under my to-do list folder. However, since I earned a bachelor degree in an American University, and the language of instruction is English, I believe I could waive my TOFEL exam. And I got confirmed by admission staff in regard to this issue before. But my application to-do list never got updated.

I was wondering if this is normal and I should wait for an update. Or I should email admission and let them know that my application is still "received"

Thank you so much for your help

Hello vivickytian1212,

This does not sound very alarming. We suggest that you get in touch with the Admissions Committee and clarify things.; in case they don't respond over emails, you could call them up, as well.

All the best!
