Hi! I was wondering if you could provide me with a profile evaluation. If you do need further information, do let me know.
Background:
Indian male, age 26. Have close to 2.5 years of work experience.
Work Experience 1: Worked with the top financial data provider (think of Thomson Reuters or Bloomberg) for close to 2 years as a Fixed Income Analyst. The role was client facing and I provided technical consultancy as well as market product knowledge for clients (generally market participants) from all over the world. The work ex was international- I was based in Singapore
Work Experience 2: Currently working as a Business Analyst for a leading leasing firm in India- a research role that looks at new markets and business opportunities. Usually report to the top management. Have been in this role for 6 months.
Took a 3 month vacation after my first job and rejected incoming offers till I found the second role- also started learning a new language in this time.
GMAT score:
750 (Q 50, V 41), AWA:6, IR:8
College Info:
Non-IIT Indian institution: B.E. Mechanical Engineering, CGPA 8.95/10.00 with a distinction.
Nanyang Technological University: MSc. Mechanical Engineering, CGPA: 4.25/5.00 (Top 5 in the cohort and awarded a "Certificate of Excellence")
Extra-curricular:
Was a member of the student/faculty council during my undergraduate studies- we organized a cultural fete and technical symposium
Helped plan (initial stages) and fund a TEDx event
Dilettante photographer
Travelling- been to 17 countries over the course of my life and have lived in the East and the West.
Target programs:
Kellogg 2 year

Post MBA goals:
Long term goal is to enter into a senior corporate development role in a large Engineering company/ conglomerate such as GE or Siemens
Short term goal is to enter a management consulting and pick up industry knowledge (industry or manufacturing) and make significant client touches (this is the post MBA career)
Are my choice of schools ok for the profile I have? Are there any others I can consider?

Lack of work experience may hurt you at all your target schools. On the other hand your grades are excellent as is your community service. You can try now at these programs and if you don't get in, time will take care of the experience quantity.
You may also want to consider programs that are friendlier to younger applicants. Look into Stanford, UCLA, Columbia, Chicago, and CMU Tepper. These programs will also help you achieve your goals.
