Hi, I am an MBA Graduate planning to do a Second MBA. I did MBA from India (not AACSB Accredited) with a GPA of 5.86/10, although I have a GPA of 7.86/10 in Bachelor Course (B.Tech.). I see many institutions asking for B+ and above grade. During admissions will my Bachelor grades be looked at or the MBA course? Will I be rejected for a low grade in MBA ?

It is indeed low and likely to raise several eyebrows. You should use the Additional Info question to explain the reason behind it well.
Also work on some of these to manage low academic grades.
