The original sentence demands comparision between mean & women.

Unlike men, women is right, So, C.

However, the sentence is very hard to understand haha.

A) different from - INCORRECT, changes the intended meaning of the sentence. Its not men that are different from women

B) unlike with - INCORRECT, use of with is incorrect here in comparison

C) unlike - CORRECT, Perfect use of comparison, UNLIKE X, Y ( Unlike Men who took, women who did......)

D) unlike the results for - INCORRECT, we are not comparing results

E) compared to the results for - INCORRECT, we are not comparing results
