Its B.

Using 'more' in addition to 'superior' is redundant. If 'more' isn't present, then 'than' shouldn't be used. Hence 'superior to' is the right usage.

So that leaves B&C. C is just wordy

superior...than is unidiomatic, superior to is the correct idiom.
