Before I started the exam, I forgot my safety question. I spent some time remembering it. Fortunately, I answered it. And after the exam, my examiner did not ask me to show him the whiteboard for inspection. I tried to contact the examiner, but he did not give me any answer. But in the end I showed my whiteboard to the camera. As a result, the day after the exam ended, I received an email that my GMAT online is flagged administrative review.

Hi all!

I'm sharing my experience here:

I presented my exam on December 31st, 2021 (I know). My exam was flagged for administrative review and I received the official score today (15 business days or 21 calendar days)

1st online attempt 610 and I got the official results the next day
2nd online attempt 710 and the exam was flagged for admin review

Maybe higher scores get flagged more often?

I’m basically in the same position. I took the Online test on January 4th (with only 2 hours of sleep, lol) and I got 600.

Then I took the online test yesterday, January 22, and I got a 700. Less than 24 hours later, I get an email from Test Security that it has been flagged.

Called GMAC the next day to make sure that was all there was to it and they sent me my official score that same afternoon. I was surprised by the awesome customer service (ask for Tonya). Try it out, just be nice and inquire humbly.

Hi chicapepi, can you please share the number that you called on. Have been trying to reach GMAC, but they have given either Examity's or Pearson VUE's number on their customer care page (both of which do not conduct GMAT Online), and GMAC's number is showing as invalid. It's like they don't want people to reach them after paying the exam fees.

Context: I too received an email stating that my exam has been 'flagged for administrative review' despite following all rules and being super coordinating with the proctor

Hi all, I just wanted to update everyone on my situation. After calling GMAC almost everyday for the past two weeks, my score report was released after 10 business days. I’m sure they got very annoyed with me, but I’m relieved that I’m not anxiously waiting for this score report anymore. Good luck!

I gave my exam in November and my scores went under administrative review. I received my scores after 20 business days and applied to my target bschool and have received an admit aswell. Today I have received an email from GMAC that my scores have been cancelled. Has anyone else faced this issue or can suggest the way forward to this?

I can appreciate how annoying this scenario must be for you. While you have highlighted two small irregularities with your Exam, we must be cautious before presuming that either of these issues has anything to do with why your Exam was reported for review.
