administrative review of GMAT online

It's hard to tell in terms of business days because i dont know GMAT's holiday schedule. I dont know how many days they got off for thanksgiving. I took my exam on 15th Nov and got my result on 15th Dec.

Seems like you got your result on 22nd Business Day but as you said we can't be sure about their holiday calendar.

I am very anxious as Christmas and New Year is coming and that can further delay my score.

No buddy, actually a full calendar month of 30 days nearly equates to 20 business days. I was told by GMAC, it may be more than 20 business days as a number of candidates are in the same queue with similar problem.

Thank You for the update. I guess you have given the GMAT on 22nd of November. One of the exam taker who have given there exam on 18th Nov have got the result on 17th Dec (Friday).

I hope your result will come soon as they are doing it via queue.

Hope for the best as this varies from case to case. One of my friend who appeared for the exam on 5th November, got his results on 17 December.

Ohh, That is an excruciating wait time from 5th Nov to 17th Dec. I hope all goes good for us.

I am targeting Indian colleges already missed the top 2 colleges and only 2 are remaining, so I am very anxious (for one the deadline is 1st Jan) and also Christmas and New year is coming, so less staff plus holidays will impact this already very slow system.

But I hope all goes well and we get our scores as soon as possible.

UPDATE : I was expecting to receive them in more than 20 days and was so anxious but my official results are out! I received the administrative review notification on December 7 and just got my official scores today (took the test on the 5th so that's 15 days after the test or 10 business days).

Hey all, I got my official scores today. It is falling on exact 30 calendar days including official days of 21 days.

Got my official online scores today.
I missed my deadlines yesterday but as there are some changes in career plans I'll be shifting my Masters' plan to next year/forthcoming years.

I took my GMAT on 8th January 2022, and in the evening of the same day i received a mail that my score is flagged for administrative review. This has made me very anxious. I have no idea how do i go about it. I am targetting indian colleges and the deadlines are reaching near, one of them in 26th january, and i have no idea how to go about it.
There was a little bit confusion in my security question but i got it right, and then during the awa section (chose to do it last) i was logged out, i kept calling for the proctor and when the proctor finally came back they helped me get back in the exam.
Guys could you please help how do i contact gmac? also am i allowed to retake the exam during this review period?

Firstly, do not panic. If you've not done anything wrong you'll get your score.

Secondly, yes you can attempt another exam within the period. I recommend that you write the test centre test.

Third, you can contact GMAC by the number given on the Website. The +70.... One.

Fourth, the response you're gonna get now is "wait for 20 business days and after that we will escalate". This is exactly you'll receive. Customer care can not do anything. I got it 46 days and they said the same thing till the day before the test. After 20 business days, they say ki we have escalated.
Test Security will release your score according to its own reviews and discretion. So it's a waste of money calling GMAC before 20 business days.

Fifth, you can contact the B-Schools you're applying to and explain the issue. For 26th Jan, is it BITSoM? I think they'll understand. As of now you can submit unofficial score to them and they'll ask for official after some time.
