For those of you looking at the Park Evanston and playing with their wiz-bang online furniture-arrangement/floor-plan tool (
https://www.parkevanston.com/onebeda.htm):
In case you haven't yet noticed, the scale of the furniture is significantly smaller than that of the floor plans. Kinda obvious, but I thought I'd point this out just in case someone is basing their decision on this. Very convenient of them...and terribly misleading.
I love how the site says:
"Floor plan square footage, dimensions & scaling are approximate"
"Furniture dimensions are close to accurate"
In other words: the furniture
dimensions are reasonable (because furniture can be any size/design they'd like), the floor plan scaling is not correct (why bother?), and the scale of the furniture is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from the scale of the floor plan. I.e., this feature is a marketing gimmick, not a valid tool.
Any JD/MBA's out there interested in exercising their JD abilities? Ha.

P.S., these smilies are great
