Hi I am a little concerned that my GMAT score is too low for Columbia. I am applying to the accelerated program. I just sat the exam today and scored 670 (Quant 48/ Verbal 34). Is it high enough that it won't instantly rule me out? Should I sit it again?
I studied law at Columbia and did the LL.M program where I was there as a Fulbright Scholar. I came ranked 1 in law in Sydney and 1 in my accounting degree. I hope that they will see that as a 4.0. I am an Aussie. I am working as a M&A lawyer in London and have about 3-4 years working experience - 2 in London and 1+ bit in Sydney.
Am I just being paranoid about my GMAT score? Do you think I will need to sit it again? Will the fact I studie at Columbia be of help, even though I got fairly average scores (around a B+, B).
Any advice you give would be very helpful.
Best wishes
Tony
