Hi guys, 
I have been admitted to the AFC Master at Bocconi University. What do you think about this course? Do you think that is as a good ranking as the one in Finance?

Ah. Thank you. Googling did not really provide a lot of information right away but I see it now.

SDA MSc is bread and butter and the best ranked program compared to the business school MBA even. I assume this program is trying to piggyback off of that programs success.

I would guess it’s a good mid tier program but not their flagship. My guess would be many international graduates from outside of Europe likely go back to the home country for work. That’s what I’ve been hearing more and more from European alums overall… I’m sorry this is where my knowledge ends 😬

pretty straight.

It is a program "in voga" at the moment. Basically is something when you want to be an Auditor.

However, its purpose is mainly for students to work in Italy or at most in the EU because abroad the standards could vary a bit in other world regions

First off, congrats!
AFC is a strong programme for investment banking - the course content covers a lot of corporate finance, and working with balance sheets (which is a lot of what an Ibanker does). The programme is quite strong in Italy, you will see many graduates occupy analyst positions at top banks (i've seen Lazard, JPM, Jefferies, etc on LinkedIn). If your aim is London, the Bocconi brand name is excellent and I doubt you will penalized, even though its not the flagship Masters in Finance/Management programme, it still is quite good.

It ranks below all the international master, as escp mim,hec mim, essec mim... if you want to do ib go for these masters, otherwise if you like audit go to bocconi accounting & finance
