The statement already has "After", so there is no need of perfect tense. Same simple past tense will work here
A) "didn't find none" is incorrect
B) same tense+ "didn't find any" is correct
C) perfect tense is not correct
D) perfect tense is not correct
E) "didn't find nothing" is not correct

Meaning also plays a role here. Johnny would not cry if he found any egg but would cry if he couldn't find any egg.
didn't find none- double negative. It means found atleast one. Johnny would probably not cry if he found atleast one egg. Hence, A is incorrect. E is wrong for the same reason.
"had" is used for an action conducted before another action in the past. The sentence starts with "after", implying crying action took place after finishing hunting. Hence, C and D are wrong.
B is correct as written.
