I had the same experience as dranushka1497. My interview was scheduled with an external consultant, so already in the invitation email it said that he’d not be able to answer any school or program related questions. One thing I want to add to what dranushka1497 pointed out is that he wanted specific answers. There were a couple of questions which I struggled with, e.g. questions along the lines of "Describe a situation in which you had a conflict with management and how you handled it." So far I didn’t have any real conflicts with management in my career, besides the normal differences in points of view. But I tried to think of the most "conflict" situation and tried to explain that. Which didn’t work well, as I couldn’t properly describe it. He wanted more specifics and I struggled to tell a compelling "story", as there was not a lot of meat to that situation in the first place. So in the end even he said: "But that was not a real conflict, or was it?" I don’t know the best strategy to deal with this, but in hindsight I’d have answered that, as professional conduct at work is important to me, I didn’t experience such a situation yet and have rather pointed out how I dealt with e.g. finding common ground or a compromise with management in a non-conflict situation. Overall, I must admit that I felt rather uneasy in this non-conversational style of interview, as it even felt interrogation-like at times. I personally prefer the chats with interviewers from the schools who can also help you get further insights into their program and answer some of the questions that you might still have, so that also you get some more data points on which you can base your decision.
