Hi has anyone interviewed with Daniela Arias? Just scheduled my interview.

Also, I set up the interview for 2 weeks after I received the invitation because I live in India and the time works well for me. Will that work against me? I spoke to someone at Sauder who said it's okay to do that, but I just wanted to confirm.

The mail included the scholarship letter and the admission offer in the same mail.
Is the scholarship mentioned in the mail body you received?

Hi everyone! I applied at Sauder for the Fall 2023 session before the Round 2 deadline; however, due to some pending documents, the application was not 100% completed. After mailing them and adding the relevant documents, I got a mail from them that my application was under review ( I got this mail on Feb 9th). Generally, how long do they take to review an application?

What do they typically ask during the interview?

Mine was very to the point - the interviewer told me at the start itself that he has about 12-15 questions which would take 40 mins, and the last 5 mins would be for me, if I had anything to ask

Questions were mostly situational - like tell me a time where you had to deal with a difficult colleague, or talk about 2 teams you’ve led with varying efficiencies, what is one thing that your team may misconceive about you, how do you approach a certain problem, etc.

and he really asked about 15 questions so i honestly don’t remember all of them

and keep your other basic answers like why mba, why now, why sauder, etc. ready

It was more like a QnA session for me, as compared to other B-schools which are more conversational
