Carefully check B, D and E you will find X and Y violate the parallelism, B, D, E out

2. Although clause1, clause2
Carefully check B, C, D and E you will find all of choices violate the rule. For example:
B: Although...while also...
C....
D...Although...., even though
E...although...., but
