Hi, my background is tech startup (6yrs) and I'm an international student from Asia.

My goal is to land in the tech industry in the US.
I prefer to work in SF > LA=NY > Asia after my MBA.

I heard that Westcoast would give you more option for tech, especially for visa sponsorship,
but full scholarship also means a lot. Which option do you think would be better?

I'd take the full scholarship from NYU and run.

The USCIS is sending out RFEs and rejecting H1B petitions at a much higher rate than before for non-STEM applicants than before, so companies are dialing back on their sponsorship for MBAs. As a result, the risk of coming away without a solid post-MBA job in the US is much higher than 2-3 years ago.

Paying back the loan on a full ticket to Anderson at Asian level pay (unless you get into a high paying Asian tech firm like an Alibaba or Didi Chuxing) is going to be crippling. Although that's the worst case scenario, it's a situation you definitely don't want to be in.
