So let me ask you guys a question. When you were informed that the documents did not match exactly, had you sent in your paperwork (transcripts, GMAT, etc) long before hand, or did they create the new UTID around the time they got your application? The reason I ask is that I sent them my GMAT scores and undergrad transcript about three months ago, and I have not been assigned a UTID. If they have random documents that are not linked to an application, do they just go ahead and create a new ID? I'm now worried that they never received any of the supporting documents I originally sent them, since I was never notified of a UTID being created. I submitted my app on the 15th and have not heard anything from GIAC and my status still shows as no application submitted. Very frustrating.
I would just email them. They're really pretty helpful.
Thank you for the advice. Do you have a contact email for them? All I can seem to find is an "Ask Admissions" form for them. Thank you!
