Applied using GRE for Rd 1 this year.
I think a 162+ for Verbal and 165+ for Quantitative is what you should target (both 90th percentile) at minimum. I can't prove it and AdComs will deny it but I do think they prefer GMAT, unless your background supports why you took GRE.
