Hi Shimri, Thanks a lot for the help. Will definitely reach out to you post this chat session. Do you have any insights on whether it is risky enough to go for European schools outside LBS and INSEAD - asking because have heard horror stories of Indian candidates ending up with a job back in India because of local language constraints imposed - especially by Consulting job recruiters - Clearly can’t gain proficiency in the local language in 1-1.5 years of the program - is this actually that serious?

BTW, Adding on what I just said. I anticipate growing demand for MBAs post-COVID. and some parts in Europe, are heading fast towards a post COVID environment... so, think in 1.5Y how much demand there will be for young talent in growing companies

Hi, in short, you probably have "too much" experience for regular MBA programs, and you should look at special programs for senior applicants. either full-time Sloan programs (you can see a list here:https://www.aringo.com/mba-over-30/ ) or part-time EMBA programs (see here:https://www.aringo.com/emba-programs/)

Hi, sounds like you have a good profile, but I am missing so many details. for example: where do you work (local or international company, tier1 or no-tier brand) what % were you in class, have you worked with international clients, do you volunteer, are you a male or female :)

I work with International top teir company,. My all clients are US based. I was 3rd /4th in college in my branch (top in girls though). Adding to my initial profile - I’ve minor degree in Finance, and have completed CFA level 1. I’ve volunteered for many NGOs and have been associated with one since past 2 years. I also lead CSR activities of my department currently.
Thanks for sharing your details. Sure thing, will definitely contact you once I’m done with GMAT, but just curious to know if I stand a chance this year in top 10 US colleges (Given just 2 years of work exp, but I really want to go for MBA next year)

Female + CFA + many volunteering activities all sound great!
2 years, less good, but working in a t1 with international clients does sound good
for now GMAT GMAT GMAT, then we can see your chances. EVEN if you miss R1 and go for R2, do it when your GMAT is maximised (R2 might be better for you anyhow, as you will have then 4 more months of work experience)
