Hi I wrote my GMAT exam on 17th July 2020 and yet to receive my official score. When checked with the customer service center they said the matter needs an investigation. However in my application towards a masters program there is a mandatory field for AWA score which is available only with official score report. Is there a safer way around this issue like should I key in a ball park figure?

Hey Do you have any updates on this? I had the same concern. I have my gmat on Sept 24th and I do not think I will get my official score by the Oct th deadline. On the website, i see it mentioned that we only need to upload the unofficial scores.
I do not see any mandatory field to be entered. Could you clarify? Ajith22

Hi,
I did receive my official score after 2 days of persistent nagging, they didn't provide me with any particular reason for the delay. You should be in constant touch with the GMAT customer service through multiple phone calls and email to avail your official score. Hope this helps. All the best!
