(A) no more financially secure than do people working - "No more" changes the intended meaning by saying the white colloar people are no more financially secure - a recent change in their feelings. Incorrect.

(B) not any more financially secure than do people working - (1) Use of "not any more" is correct because the intended meaning is understood - the white collar people do not feel any more secure than the blue collar people do, (2) Use of correct verb "do", (3) Use of correct present participle "working". Correct.

(C) not any more financially secure than do people who work - Incorrect as pronoun "who" is unnecessary.

(D) no more financially secure than are people who are working - (1) Use of "no more" changes the meaning and (2) verb "are" is incorrect.

(E) not as financially secure as are people who work - Incorrect use of comparison because as ...as changes the intended meaning, Use of verb "are" is also incorrect to compare "those who feel" with "those who are". Incorrect.

Therefore, option B is the correct answer.
