Hi Anchit123,
Its good that you are eyeing a career transition through the global MBA route. The 1-year MBA program at IIMA / IIMB would be a better fit for considering that you already have 6+ yrs of experience, and the median age of the batch at ISB is around 4.5 years.
The adcoms look at the overall profile of candidates before rolling out an admission. Your academic record and professional experience look decent. More details would help evaluate your fitment further.
If you are able to project a strong profile with clear career goals, you will be able to make it. To give you perspective, a good percentage of the cohort is drawn from public sector entities.
