I would suggest wait for the next Fall to apply. Right now, focus on doing well on your courses and on getting a 700+ GMAT score. After getting these two out of your way, begin working on your other parts of your application package-resume, essays, recommendation letters . You have 5 years' experience in a unique industry, you have managerial experience, and you also have international exposure. Also, you seem to have articulated your goals, and are expecting stellar recommendations . So after acing the GMAT and successfully completing your courses, all you need to do is choose your best stories and begin crafting memorable essays to showcase your candidacy in the best manner possible.:)

I read your background and found it interesting. I think that a lot of top programs would find your background interesting but it has to be properly presented. I think the strongest aspect of your background is coming from a non-traditional industry and working internationally. Schools appreciate candidates who have different experiences and have actually experienced the world past vacations or study abroad programs. Next, you can actually play your education to your advantage. There are a few schools I would advise you against applying to having attended a community college, but there are others that would see your education as a unique achievement and path. As for which schools I would apply to, I recommend that you look at Yale, Cornell, NYU, Michigan, UCLA, Duke and USC. If you want to apply to one of the most competitive programs, I would recommend Wharton or Booth.
