Please find my profile details below and please advise on the colleges to which I should apply -
1) Working for the last 24 months in ZS Associates - Got promoted in 21 months, Managing a team of 4 people currently and a multi-project portfolio for a US client
2) GMAT - 750 (Q 49, V 44)
3) College - B.Tech from IIT Madras - GPA 7.8/10, Graduated in 2012
4) College and extra-curricular activities in college- Was the Events Head for the Technical Fest of IIT Madras (Led a total team of 300+ people), was the Technical Affairs Secretary of Hostel (won the Inter-Hotel Tech trophy), was the Manager of Robotics Club (started a successful fresher orientation program for 300 first-year students)
5) Post college extra-curricular activities - Currently leading a learning & training program in my present company for around 60 pod members, Freelance writer for start-ups
6) Target programs - ISB, Kellogg, Yale, Sloan, Cornell, Tepper, Anderson
7) I plan to apply to R2 this year for a class starting August 2015
8) Post MBA, I plan to join the strategy consulting industry
9) I want to pursue MBA to accelerate my career
Please advise. Are my target colleges within reach? Which colleges do I have the best chance of getting into?

Hello,
Your target school list is a good combination of reasonable-reach and on-par programs. I’d consider Sloan, Kellogg, and perhaps Yale to be reasonable reaches, and the others on-pars or close to it. Overall, an appropriate mix. Moreover, the schools will all be good for your goals.
