i think the answer should be E, as the number of management experienced students is unbound as it is any number greater than or equal to 100

Yup. Just saw the "at least" term. You are correct :)

At least 100 employees in a certain company have management experience. If 15 percent of the employees in the company who have sales experience also have management experience, do more employees have sales experience than management experience?

(1) 72 employees in the company have both sales experience and management experience.
(2) 252 employees in the company have neither sales experience nor management experience.

Yes .. it should be E . As management employees number can be >=100 and it affects SE value . We can't even say from 2 statement combined .

M>S?
T=M+S-both+neither
T=(M≥100)+S-(0.15S)+neither

(1) 72 employees in the company have both sales experience and management experience; insufic.
72=both=0.15S…S=72/0.15=480; T=M+480-72+neither; M>480?

(2) 252 employees in the company have neither sales experience nor management experience; insufic.
T=M+S-0.15S+252…T=M+0.85S+252

(1&2) T=M+480-72+252…T=M+660…M≥100…M=T-660≥100…T≥760…T-660>480…T>1140? insufic.
