Hi All,
Just saw my official report on the website and the AWA score is showing up as 0. I wrote a decent enough essay, maybe not worth 5-6 but still 0 is unexpected. GMAC website literally mentions that AWA 0 is for "A paper that is totally illegible or obviously not written on the assigned topic". I read some very only post on the forum that there was a glitch in AWA score in 2018 where people got 0 score initially but it was fixed later on. Has anyone faced such issue recently with GMAT Online?
I have emailed GMAC for this. I really hope this is a glitch, I got 750 and IR8 otherwise and I am not looking forward to take the test again because of AWA

I know I have responded to your elsewhere, but I would reach out to the folks at GMAC right away to see what is going on.

Yes, this issue has been popping up a lot in the past few days. See this thread, for instance, in which bb notes the same trend. Just keep on GMAC™. I am sure a lot of test-takers did not suddenly earn 0's by writing nothing at all.
