What proof of Work Ex I have to submit for Applying school in USA? As I am running self business.

Are Income Tax returns enough ?

How does the interview process takes place ? Is it Face to face or Just essays. ?

Most schools will require you to interview before you get accepted. And most interviews are face-to-face (or on Skype)

You do not need true physical proof, you will just need to chronicle it in your resume, essays and via recommendations (as appropriate). For most candidates especially for the top programs you will interview with admissions officers or alumni on campus or in your home market depending on availability of interviewers. In some instances particularly in international markets skype will be the mechanism used.
