Hi,
I have a question regarding Letter of Recommendations required in B-school applications. Basically, both the people I want to get my resume from have left the company (my director and my manager), but these are the people who have been my mentors for a long time and know my career journey whom I have wroked closely with. One of them left the company 1 year ago and other one 2 months ago. Is it still ok to get my LoRs from them? Or does it have to be from current employer only?

crate, usually, schools would expect one of the LoR from your current supervisor which won't be someone who has left. Taking it from someone who has left the organization by itself is not an issue.
However, if you've just recently had a change in supervisor owing to the departures, you can still take it from those people. Just make sure to clarify and explain your optional essays.

Thank you so much for the prompt response.
The reason I don't want to take it from my current boss is that because my previous group (within the same company) is shut down (the reason my director left and started his own startup) and we've been forced to merge with another group. The new team is really passive and I am really not confident enough to get my LoR from any of the person here.
However, I can get an LoR from my previous employer with which I worked 2 years back. So what do you think is a better option?
1. Both LoRs from people whom I have worked with under current employer but who have left the company. Btw Does the college asks fro the details that when these people left the company?
2. At least one LoR from the previous employer and one from one of the people mentioed above?
