Hello guys,
Not sure whether this topic is already discussed but I need some help deciding which schools to apply to.
I have my GMAT in 4 days (wish me luck) and I'm averaging around a 660 in 7 CATs that I've given so far.
I have 6 years of college teaching experience, engineering degree with a 3.9 GPA.
I would prefer to head out to Canada and need advice on which schools I can apply with a chance of getting selected with my profile as it stands.
Any help would be appreciated.

PS: Any chance of getting into Sauder School of Business, UBC?

Thanks!!

Hi dvorak04,

Considering your profile and all the credentials you have mentioned above, you would be having more positive chance to get into Sauder School of Business, UBC and other Canadian schools. If your able score GMAT of 660 as your career stands in teaching, that would be an value added advantage to your profile.

Consider your expected GMAT score you have to focus more on your essays and resume and need to highlight
your achievements and leadership skills and the value you are going to carry to B-School.

It would be great if you can share us more information about your profile to get it evaluated from one of our experienced consultants and to know chances of getting into your desired B-schools.

Hello dvorak04

So I wish you luck on GMAT :fingers_crossed:

I don't know your intended specialization, but 6 years of college teaching experience and engineering degree with a 3.9 GPA would be consider a plus.

Canada is great country for studying and living.

Sauder School of Business at University of British Columbia has average GMAT score of admitted students of 646, so I would say you have pretty good chances.

In order to decide where else to apply in Canada, you can find more relevant info in my post here :

Once again, good luck !
