Dear consultants
I need your opinion if I have good chances for Babson MBA (2 years program) scholarships. I cannot post a link due to the gmatclub rules, yet there are a number of scholarships, inc. diversity, leadership, and entrepreneurial potentials, which I certainly have.
The reason I am asking is that I have not very high GMAT results (610: 48Q/25V), yet I have quite working experience:
5 years in Corporate world - Financial Analysis at an American Company
Last 2 years in Entrepreneurial one - CEO of a coding school chain (6 centers across my country - three cities), leading team of around 10 people
+ 75k students taught by partnering with two ministries in my country.
Any thoughts if the GMAT score is one of the main criterias for getting a scholarship.
I have not taken TOEFL yet, but couple of years ago I had IETLS 7.0
P.S. average GMAT score at Babson is around 630.
Well, Like all schools Babson will consider your application holistically. So the correct answer is: Apply with the BEST GMAT you can.
Which means that if you believe you can get a higher GMAT, you should be seriously considering going for it.
Anyhow, I'd recommend you reading this fantastic article:
