Based on the table above, if the total harvested crop revenues for Willot and Tilson counties combined equaled those for Stanton and Osher counties combined, then Stanton County’s subsidized farm revenues accounted for what percentage of the total harvested crop revenues for all four counties?

We can see that we are unable to proceed with finding the missing values in the table with only one of either statements.
However, using both together, we can complete the table as follows:

The incognito variables are
- Willot's percentage subsidized (ws)
- Tilson's percentage non-subsidized (tns)
- Stanton's percentages subsidized (ss) and non-subsidized (sns)
- Osher's percentage subsidized (os)
We also know that if all non-subsidized farms correspond to 30% of the total revenue, the subsidized farms correspont to the 70% rest.
So we have two equations:
for the non-subsidized: 7+ tns +sns + 8 = 30=> tns +sns = 15
for the subsidized: ws+12+ss+os = 70 => ws + ss + os = 58
We also have the information that "the total harvested crop revenues for Willot and Tilson counties combined equaled those for Stanton and Osher counties combined":
wns+ws + tns+ts = ss+sns+os+ons <=> 7+ws+tns+12= sns+ss+8+os <=>
11+ws+tns=sns+ss
We want 'ss', and we have 3 equations and 5 variables so far. Lets see wether the statements give us the 2 equations left.
1) from the first statement, we have 8+os = 2 (tns+12) <=> os = 2tns+16. total equations: 4, total variables: 5. Not enough.
2) (12+tns)=18 => tns = 6. total equations: 4, total variables: 5. Not enough. Not enough.
1 and 2) total equations: 5, total variables: 5. Enough.
