This is a relatively easy passage; just has alot of information to digest. I would say 5-5.5 minutes are more than enough for these. Rest depends on your memory’s ability to retain and jump right into the passage to verify, because everything cannot be remembered!! Hope this helps :)

Support for the second question can be found in paragraph 2:

The skin is the primary organ of the sense of touch. It can excrete substances as well as absorb them, and it plays a vital role in regulating body temperature and in protecting the tissues that lie beneath it.

The answer is C.

There is no support for (B) in the passage also "deep furrows" are discussed but this is not what is in line with the question. if the skin were damaged in some way, and unable to perform some of its functions that might have no effect on the deep furrows.

When you can find straightforward support from the passage for an answer choice then don't go for any other option, Just select the answer and move on.
