Interview - 3 panelists .
First 2 panelists- it's more like conversation about my profile and experience.
3rd panelist , asked about my hobbies .
All of them got surprised by listening to my hobbies and acknowledged that I have most unique hobbies and not ubiquitous unlike others. Informed that I would be an asset to bitsom to bring diversity.
