Thanks for sharing your profile. I really like your profile. Strong numbers and really unique prof background and some nice personal interests. You should be in good shape on paper for the listed schools so make sure you connect the dots in your essays and make a good case for why you need an MBA at your target schools

Hi nicocurti,

Considering your target schools, your GMAT/ GPA are right up there. Your overall profile too is diverse and interesting.

The biggest needle-mover, as is the case with most, for you will be how you evolved in your entrepreneurial journey, both in terms of different business metrics and what you learnt on the way. The latter, in fact, can be as important as the first in entrepreneurial roles.

With regard to choice of schools, I assume that you would have already considered factors such as geography, career goals, and fit.

Hello,

Im an argentinian entrepreneur (half italian actually)

GMAT 730
GPA 7 / 10 in Industrial Engineering at a private univ. ( Uphill trend )

Represented my university in the Argentinian association of IE students while in college.

Freely gave classes of Physics, Electromagnetism, Fluid Mechanics and Thermodynamics to my peers.Adds to your profile- think about telling story in way that shows what you learned about teaching or coaching others.

    Taught Guitar for 2 years.

Speak Spanish, English, Italian and Japanese (written and spoken), all of them fluently.great global exposure- cross-cultural knowledge

Launched a startup just for fun 3 years ago, it is now my full time job. (Im the CEO and founder) Could be good- but why do you want to leave?

Zen Buddhist who also practices sintoism (helped me found myself when I was lost, my essay will be quite interesting).

Schools i'd want to get into, sorted by difficulty:

Booth
Yale

Fuqua
Anderson UCLA

Marshall USC
GT

So you have a GMAT that puts you in the hunt- but you need to have clear career goals and reason for the MBA and why each school to seal the deal. WE can help you with this- and if you want to learn more go to this link: https://stratusprep.com/free-consult/?g ... gQodzWcCLg

My general comments are that you have a lot going for you but again in speaking about the startup, have some examples of what you wish you could do better- like understanding financing options, managing teams, etc and that you need b school to address these deficiencies. Then make sure you explain who will be running your company while gone to school as schools don't like to see people think they can do 100% b school and 100% company at same time. Good luck to you!

Edit: Insight on Argentine GPA, just in case.

Pass with 4/10, 4 = 60%. 2:1 = 7.50 in English system

Your profile looks really promising, dare I say for all schools mentioned. However, in order to really evaluate your chances I would need to know some additional details about some of the issues you mentioned (mainly the startup and how to address issues related to that) so if you are interested in a more thorough evaluation, please feel free to fill in the free profile request on our website https://aringo.com/.

But from what I can already see there are several things in your profile that are fairly unique so I believe you are right in stating that those will be your biggest advantages and what makes your essay interesting.
