Hi,

Thanks for tagging me. I am not going to answer your questions, but provide you a perspective.

Over my past 10 years' journey as an MBA admissions consultant, I have come across some outstanding Indian applicants who had no resources, no financial security while growing up. They worked hard, stayed focussed and positive, and carved a space for themselves in all aspects of life. They worked under the same country-wide constraints that bother the rest of us.

So, I'll urge you to make the best of what you have. Great things will happen only when you work towards them, whether in India or in any other country. That same banking job can give you the opportunity to take initiatives, do noticeable work and grow up the rank. Its time for you to look for opportunities where they don't seem to exist - only that will get you to HBS or any bschool near it.

Hope this helps.
