No invites today...Fridays must be slow. I agree on the lack of correlation between submission and "complete" status. However, there does seem to be some positive correlation between complete date and interview invites (if any).

It's impossible for people with later submission/complete dates to get an interview invite early, so obviously the only people who post that they have invites are going to be people who submitted early.
But this doesn't mean that if your status turns complete early, you will actually be finished with the review early.
In previous terms, people whose status read complete even before the app due date received invites late (just read last year's thread).
