Is any one facing issues with the recommendations? My recommenders didn't get the link even though I submitted them twice.

Sorry for the late reply. I had the same problem. One of my recommenders didn't get the email. So I called KFBS and they asked me to have my recommender email the file to (phillip_russell@unc.edu).

I would still recommend calling them up.

I have the same problem. After pushing the "send e-mail" button for each of the recommendors, the button changes to "email sent". Then, upon leaving the Recommendations menu and entering it again, the button still reads "send e-mail". At first I thought this was an option to send a reminder, but today my recommendors told me they had not received anything. I tried several more times but the result has been negative so far. Any ideas?

Has anyone been able to schedule an on-campus interview during January? I tried after receiving my R2 invite, however the calendar only permits me to schedule appointments through December...

I was also trying to schedule an on-campus interview in January, so I wrote the Adcom, asking the same quaetion and the answer was:

"We have not yet published interview/visit slots for 2011. We will open these slots by mid-December."

But one thing I must say. The way KF is inviting interview to almost everyone even if someone just starts the application, I am little bit skeptic about the school

For people who are worried, I just want to let you know that a couple of years ago KF used to have open interview, so anyone interested in the school could go and schedule one with them, since last year they started the whole invitation for an interview but admissions still believes that the best way to get to know you and really judge your application is by having an interview, they have tried their best to invite as many applicants as they can for an interview. That changes drastically for Round3, given that most of the spaces are taken and many people are still applying. So if you are really interested in KF, instead of looking down at the invitation take full advantage of it and apply soon to get an interview invitation. Remember that an invitation for interview is NOT an acceptance letter, many people who have interviews do not get in, but I have never met someone accepted with no interview.

I completed the personal information (education, work, GMAT, etc), but I do not have time to finish my essays.

I wanted to ask (very few) questions to you about the consulting conc. at UNC..
Is it okay?

No. Not required. You just need to upload the e-copy of the transcript via application.
