Hey abhishek

Thanks for the reply.
I still dont understand how to inform or keep kfbs in the loop if i am initiating the interview by my email and update them that the interview is scheduled at this date etc.
Can you shed some light on this.Also if possible please post how you scheduled your interview.

You don't have to worry about keeping KFBS in the loop. Simply schedule an interview with an alum if you've been invited. The alum will get in touch with KFBS on your behalf and let the school know how the interview went. Best of luck!

I wonder if someone could answer my slightly weird question:

I am applying to UNC in the third round and the website says that application should be received by midnight EST on 7th Jan. Is it 6th Jan night or 7th Jan Night?

I am facing a problem in sending recommender link. After pushing the "send e-mail" button for each of the recommendors, the button changes to "email sent". Then, upon leaving the Recommendations menu and entering it again, the button still reads "send e-mail". My recommendors told me they had not received anything. I tried several more times but the result has been negative so far. Any ideas?

Im submitting for R3 tomorrow as well. Don't have my entire application finished yet - haven't uploaded the essays, but I just got invited to interview. Has that happened to anyone else?

Just got mine. Haven't uploaded my essays either. My GPA is nothing special, so I'm guessing it's just based on GMAT.

I just logged on this forum to ask the same question about the interview invites.

I submitted my application an hour ago and I already got an invite. I was shocked, thought it was a mistake. Then I talked to a friend who used to work at an MBA Admissions office, and she said that her program automatically "filtered out" applications that had no chance based on GMAT, and that it was possible that UNC "filtered in" people that had a decent shot based on GMAT, but she had never heard of this practice before.

Seems odd and impersonal to me. To be honest, I'm kind of put off by this.
