Good luck guys!!
Honestly it was the best decision to come here, I cannot be happier. I hope to see you guys next year!

Thanks @rid82!
For the benefit of the lucky R1 folks who will be invited to interview down the line, can you please share your interview experience from last year?
If you have already posted that (last year or earlier this year), we will really appreciate if you could guide us to that post!!

Guys,

Just submitted my apps and couldnt feel better. I realized, though, that I didn't put in a degree that I earned at my undergrad institution. So it says "Degree: No Degree". It was a Bach. in Business, and says so in my resume.

Any thoughts on how this would be viewed?

Just finished my online application, but unable to print the proof that I wanted to email to a couple of trusted friends.

I did it before, but today it's impossible! The message from the system is something like "internet explorer is unable to access the site".

Any idea???

I just printed a copy of the application proof and did not face any issues..One of two things could be happening -
1. Either there's been some update to the site or your IE version because of which it is not printing (I am using Chrome BTW..)
2. Or there might have been a temporary system issue with Booth's servers..

Not sure, all I can suggest is to try it out again probably from a different browser...

Thank you scorpionz!

It's very strange because I removed the last essay and everything started working fine. I think it's a problem that arises only when the application is complete.

Thank you anyway.

Btw, just minutes to press submit button!!!

Hi all!

I can see a question in the application proof (Are you Hispanis or Latino?) that I can't find through my online application. Therefore, it appears blank at the moment. Anyone knows where it is?

Thanks!

Hey, I had the same question and called up the ad com office to clear up the confusion..
Ad com confirmed that this question only pops up on the application form if you indicate that you are a US citizen. However since the preview generation tool is common for everyone, that question appears for everyone in the previewed application (blank in case of non-US citizens)..

Also, just as a heads-up for everyone, I observed that my mailing address was getting truncated in the previewed application. I checked with the ad com office and was told that the address is stored correctly in the back-end database. It is just a limitation of the preview generation tool that it cannot display long addresses. So no worries!!

Thanks gmatpapa, I was thinking of just letting it go.

Good idea.

You could always look over the posts from the Booth 2011 section. Basically, browse the November 2011 and February 2012 time frame.

Here are a few that might be helpful:

So when I submitted, it still said "awaiting test scores." I called up the adcom a while ago and they said I wouldn't have to submit official scores unless I'm accepted. Am I mistaken?

Here is my "dumb a.s moment" in application process (hopefully it is the last one for me). I started filling parts of application few weeks ago and at that time completed the "Source of Information about MBA program" section indicating that I have not visited any Booth organized event. A few weeks later I made arrangements and actually participated in Chicago Booth Live event. It was great, I spoke to many of current and prospective students, and learned tons of useful information. But guess what---I did not change my previous entry about source of information and it still says that I have not visited any Booth events.

Million dollar question---should I contact the admissions office and notify them of my mistake or should I just let it go? Another thing to consider is that I have mentioned visiting Chicago Booth Live in my essays.

Any suggestions?
