Wooo i just got admitted! i was worried because of a low gmat score.

R2 admit. Got the confirmation call on 3/15. Congratulations to all the admits so far and good luck to everyone waiting for the results. Did any of the admits receive any information about financial aid/scholarship? I was told to call the fin aid office but have not done yet.

I'm waitlisted at UCLA and was wondering if anyone (from any school) got accepted off the waitlist by not changing anything in their profile? I don't have time to re-take the GMAT (I was told that was the issue by the adcom), however I am getting somewhat of a lateral promotion due to sequestration and furloughs.

Anyone accepted off of the waitlist? What did you do to bolster your profile, if anything?

do we receive welcome packages after we accept the offer or are they given to all admits? do you know if scholarship info comes with it?

I'm not entirely sure if UCLA FEMBA allows this or not, but I know other schools will allow you to update your essays while you are waitlisted. You can also send them updates if you have a change in your job, a third recommendation, or any other major updates in extracurricular areas. If they allow these, I would do as many as you possibly can, not only showing them sincere interest in the program, but showing them your leadership progression even during this short window.
