Keep it positive guys. My understanding with just 'submitted' is that your application is being processed. It is mostly on Fridays when you get to know the decision either by call or otherwise online. So it's almost there. All the best to all.

They do admits without interviews, they don't interview all rounds, and the decision date is still weeks away. Don't lose hope and check through the posts to see if anyone else was in a similar situation.
