Also just got an interview invite from EM ~12 hours ago. Sent application on June 4th, did video interview on June 5th, and letters of recommendation came in on June 7th.

MAPP unfortunately they don't generally elect to offer that feedback except in specific cases where they invite you to reapply. Would be worthwhile to get a ding analysis to serve as a roadmap for future apps. BUT - it's not over yet - not a holiday weekend in France. It does happen where people get invitations on the last day!

Also nervous here without a response.. Question - is there any feedback from AO about the application in case you got dinged?

Hey IS20,
While doing ding analysis, I have seen very strong applications getting rejected. After R1/2, schools tend to compensate for the average class profiles in R3 and R4. Also since profiles are all relative, I believe quality of applications has increased. INSEAD does not provide feedback so it is difficult to exactly pin point what went wrong.
One school can't decide your future. Let it sink in and put yourself together for another round of fight. All the best for future applications.

Hi Guys!
Could anyone explain to me how INSEAD 2020 Decision Tracker work? I see 238 records for admission with intake in September 2020 even though first round has not yet closed. How is it possible that some people got decision concerning their application? What option should I choose to report my application with Intake in January 2020 (Class of December 2020)

Hi kebab1990, Thank you for pointing out these two issues. I will address them one by one

This is because the records you see on current tracker are of the application year which just ended i.e. Sept 2019 intake (Class of 2021). Our technical team will soon update the default application year to 2020 after which all school trackers will start displaying updates of 2020 intake. We kept 2019 year until now as we were waiting for waitlist updates from few US schools, but that's now over and we will have new application year on trackers very soon.

You should select Jan 2020 Intake (Class of 2021). I know the January class graduates in December of the same year but our system counts the program duration in years, so for a 1 year program that starts in 2020, graduation year is 2021.

Completed my first interview. Went well, was 1 hr, relaxed atmosphere and discussion. Interviewer had my CV printed out and it was clear that she had read my application as she was able to recall parts of it during the interview.
Went through the typical questions. My interviewer also worked in a related sector to my sector so was interesting to see her probing how up to date I was with contemporary issues and the latest government policies.
Towards the end of the interview I asked her about her career path and experience post INSEAD, interaction with alumni network etc. I finished by asking her if she thought I was a good fit for INSEAD or if there were weaknesses / areas for improvement in my application.
I think this last question may be interpreted as a little bold by some interviewers, not sure, but I think it gives a good opportunity to proactively address any concerns the interviewer may have which they haven't aired. Interested to hear what other people think regarding this approach...
