Last year October, I took the first GMAT and got 540. I didn’t cancel the score. I selected INSEAD to report the score though. Since INSEAD accepts the application without GMAT now, would it be still too risky to apply in R2? Not so sure the adcom will find out my score even if I leave the GMAT score field empty.
Will be great to get some insights!

Unfortunately, 540 would not just cut it for Insead. Kindly check the median GMAT score of Insead on their website and you would get a fair idea.
Interview notification deadline is only 4 days away, but I have not heard anyone from India getting the call yet. Does anyone has any idea if the deadlines got extended or when do Indians get the call?

Getting really worried. I think we have seen only a couple of invites sent out to candidates from Canada and one invite sent to a candidate from Israel.
The above stats I pulled are based on 77 applicants that applied in R1. Not everyone submits their data to the decision tracker. So we are considering a small sample set of all the R1 applicants.
I know you all are getting a little concerned about not receiving invites yet. I also felt butterflies in the stomach during my time. But I'd say don't worry much, you all will hear from them real soon. The interview decision deadline for R1 at INSEAD is 10 April 2020.
The wait is certainly difficult, but I keep reminding myself that the AOs are facing the same challenging situation as everybody else, personally and professionally. If they still manage to make the deadline under these circumstances, that deserves great credit!
Have faith, everybody! It'll work out. Or it won't. But at least we know when it'll end by (unlike that other thing).

Based on my experience and discussions with alumni, I think INSEAD has one of the highest acceptance rates during interview phase (they ding most of the applications in the initial review phase). Based on a survey result i saw earlier, think it is close to 40%.
In January intake class of 2018, 81 got admitted out of 101 interviewed applicants In January intake class of 2019, 25 got admitted out of 31 interviewed applicants In January intake class of 2020, 57 got admitted out of 69 interviewed applicants
From this data, it looks like a very good sign to receive the interview invite and the chances are high.
