Calling all Applicants: INSEAD January 2021 Intake !

Hi all, I’m a R4 applicant for D2021 and got to the interview stage. A few questions:

- Do you guys know the probability of getting an offer at this stage? Some said 50% of those interviewed get an offer, but this sounds quite high to me.

- Do you guys know the latest on the return to physical classroom situation for Singapore?

R3, got an email this afternoon: waitlist

According to the dedicated thread, there's a very low chance of turning that into a yes, so I guess I'm done !

R3 here. So anxious. checking my phone and email every five minutes. Do we know what time of day AO normally send out message?

Hardworkinggoblin: I'm sorry to hear that. While there are many instances of people getting admitted from the waitlist, I do agree that this year is completely unpredictable in terms of that. Can I ask who your AO is? Hang in there!

QvQ: In my experience, most notifications are sent out between 9am and 5pm Paris Time. I believe we're done for the day. My best to everyone anxiously waiting!

Based on experience in R2 (July 2020), AOs would first try their best to call those admitted as much as possible, probably hoping to add some human touch into the experience. They will go to fonty campus during working hour and call from landline in the office. They’ll also look at the time zone of the admits to ensure it’s not mid night. (I’m in Singapore and got my call at 9pm local time). So remember to unmute your phone so that you can hear the call.
But there were a few cases that people admitted didn’t get any call, probably AOs were too busy, or the time zone doesn’t match.

After the call they will send offer email within a day. Do remember to check your spam as well, I’m using Gmail and it automatically moved my offer email into spam... really can’t believe it. Probably because there’s a “CONFIDENTIAL” in the title, don’t really understand how the Gmail worked.
