I'm guilty of going over by 10-20 words for other schools. While I don't think 1 word is a big deal, I'm a bit more careful with Haas because they have the term "maximum" in their word limit which seems more strict than simply saying its a word limit.

I am a little confused with employment history section. I was wondering how "Responsibilities/Key Accomplishments*:" section is different from the bullet points in professional resume. Or is it more or less an overlap? Can someone please throw some light through an example... btw, app instructions say "Submit your current resume or c.v. online, but not in lieu of your responses in the "Employment History" section."

Was going through this and wondered the same thing. A resume is essentially a summary of responsibilities and key accomplishments so I wasn't sure how to fill it out since I didn't want to be redundant.
