Just received five mins ago through email with loads of instructions. Time for action again now! I'll try to go through previous threads on what people did to improve their chances on waitlist, but if anyone has advices...

I was thinking about adding another recommendation letter, I have someone in mind who would do it. But I wonder what other information would be useful to share now.

I don't know, but there was a few emails when R1 waitlist emails came out, so we might find useful information by going back a few pages...
