R2 deadline is Jan 30 - by when does the offer roll out?

In general, it’s good. The school is trying really hard to make good managers as these are the initial years. You can join the bandwagon if you are selected but it depends on what are your other options too

I’ve a few friends who got into great FMCG summer positions this year. BITSoM and Masters Union both are kind of disruptions in the business management edu scene in India

just wondering if it makes sense to apply to BITSoM given that i’ve been offered a Manager a big4. At 20LPA and perhaps 24/25 excluding any VPI which itself is 10% minimum. Does it make sense to go for a 2 year MBA?

To be honest Ravi,No,this course will benefit more to people with max 4 years of experience. This has been iterated by the Admissions head Narottam Sir in one of his addresses.

Yeah, that is how it is. 2 year courses are anyway more elaborate and would help people with a certain experience range and at the same time will not certainly provide Mid-Managerial or above job opportunities.

I am talking about all the B-Schools in India. But, there are people in the first batch with 5-8 years of experience. So, you can connect with them to get a better picture.

R1 Applicants who are done with their interviews can ideally expect final results within end of January 2022. Do check the application portal for updates.
